Make a Booking

If you have an issue that requires immediate attention within normal working hours (9-5 M-F) the best way to get in contact with us is by visiting our Emergency Help page and submitting the form. If it is within normal working hours we will endeavour to contact you within 1 Hour of submission (up to 4pm) weekdays. If you need an immediate answer please feel free to call us on 0115 772 0166.

If your issue happens to fall out-of-hours please still contact us via the form as we do still monitor the requests outside of normal hours and at weekends. If your issue is very urgent then please note we may not be able to get to you soon enough especially in the winter season.
